    Description

    15" Pony German Made Courbette English Saddle.
    A real leather German built saddle that lasts through the years and elements is always the best of buys.  Stubben bought out Courbette a few years ago so the quality continues.
    Real handmade German saddles are also designed to also be repaired down the road....  So, before buying a cheaper vegan saddle, make sure it is a re-buildable, repairable quality saddle and company.   Most of the current cheap vegan leather saddles are not.  They are meant to be "re-placed" not rebuilt for a lifetime.
    Saddle is used, but in very good to good condition.
    It does have several neatsfoot or lindseed oil marks on the inside left flap, and seat.  (U cannot see the flap stain from the outside.)
    It is a true pony saddle, but not a short stirrup.  And probably, not fitted for ponies with hollow, narrow backs and flat ribs.  Acceptable for average large horses as well, with lighter riders.
    Great for smaller sized women too, as long as your not extra, extra long legged!
    I will add to the buyer a newer set of leathers.  I bought these hadnt put them on yet.
