16.5 to 17" M Passier Dressage Saddle
The saddle:
This saddle has a fantastic balance to it that really helps establish an independent seat and train the rider to stay in the correct position. Medium size pencil knee rolls allow for close contact and feel. This saddle has a nice deep seat for security and to aid a balanced and quiet seat and aids.  A special feature of this saddle are the  long dressage billets with additional holes so it can also be girthed with a standard long girth. This gives the saddle the option to add extra stability afforded by a long girth if needed on horses with a difficult confirmation.
The Size:
Stamped 16.5", this saddle measures slightly larger, more towards 16.9". Please see pictures for measurement. Passier trees can be adjusted by a qualified fitter. Currently, this tree appears to be set to medium and will fit a wide variety of horses with average withers and widths.
It has a cutback pommel that allows more freedom of the withers.
The condition:
This is a used saddle in good condition. This saddle has easy access to replace billets and billets have holes punches so that both a long or short girth could be used. Overall good condition condition with normal fading or slight scratches or scuffs. In places the leather has faded a bit. Please look at  all pictures carefully since you may see something that's important to you that we have failed to mention.
This is a great, high quality dressage saddle by a respected German maker that will give you years of joyful riding, for less than the price of a cheap, synthetic saddle.
