Beautiful Butet jumping saddle
These are rare to come by, and certainly not for this price - new saddles fo for over ,000 - and for good reason, Butet is one of the best saddle makers in the world. The leather in Butet saddles is top quality, so it keeps its softness and with normal care will never resemble one of those hard old creaky saddles!
Butet saddles are all handcrafted and are part of the group I consider the top elite french saddle manufacturers: Childeric, Antares, Devoucoux, CWD, and Delgrange. My opinion (although I know many other professionals who agree with me) is that these five manufacture the best luxury saddles in the world. Butet saddles are known for their great fit and incomparable comfort.
I live in France and am selling this saddle from here (even though I was not able to put in the correct postal code in my listing). I have many years of experience shipping saddles and will send it well packed and insured. I have sold numerous saddles on eBay, and have always had very satisfied customers. I will ship anywhere :) I do not accept returns unless the item was not as described, so please know your size in Butet saddles before bidding!
Detailed Description: This saddle needs the seat and panels replaced at some point. Cracking is also visible underneath.
The seat has been repaired in two places and is fine to ride in, but would ideally need to be replaced. The kneerolls also show wear. The tree is perfect.
Technical Details: The seat size is marked as a 17” seat.
Fit: The tree of the saddle measures 4” dot to dot.
This saddle fits like a narrow tree.
