17" Gidden Spring Seat Lightweight Event English Saddle, Royal Saddle Maker

Preowned Gidden London (W&H Gidden) close contact saddle. Any markings, other than those on the nailhead and the stamped numbers "29" under the flap, that I can easily make out, have worn away.  Per customer service at W&H Gidden, they say that this appears to be their Lightweight Event Saddle, which makes sense since it was used for lessons at my daughter's eventing barn.  Measures approximately 17" from the front of the nail head near pommel to the middle of the back of the cantle. Tree appears sound.  This saddle belongs to my daughter's trainer who asked us to list it for her, so I am more than ask her any questions you may have.
About the manufacturer:  Gidden bespoke saddlery is the official saddle maker for the Queen of England and all of their saddles are made with the highest quality of leather and craftsmanship. Gidden has been making saddles for over 200 years and in 1815, the Duke of Wellington rode into battle against Napoleon on one of their own. Schnieder Boots Company acquired W&H Gidden in 1999 and they are still known for high quality custom saddles.

RETURNS
Buyer must pay for return shipping.
