18" County Fusion Dressage Saddle - XW tree - Wool Flocked Stored/not used

Sorry to everyone for the confusion on the saddle size....I thought I got everything corrected on the listing.
CountyFusion Dressage Saddle 18". Stamped WXW by County.  I used this saddle on my 17 hand Friesian. I had a county saddle fitter out to help size it (reflock) exclusively for him. (I am 5' 8" tall) Well cared for 2011 model in excellent condition. This beautiful saddle has a deep seat and is the buffalo leather upgrade. The long exterior thigh blocks ensure an ideal and secure riding position.
All stitching is fine.
Billets and tree are sound with no tears or rips. One nail head is missing. (see photo) County saddle fitter quoted 0 to repair.
I have a copy of this estimate.
I bought with intent to ride but have stored this saddle more than used it. Taking up driving and purchasing all equipment to do so.
Priced accordingly.
