    Description: -
    An Edwardian 18ct yellow gold diamond "Lovers Knot" ring. The ring is set with an 0.20ct old cut diamond. Lover’s Knot rings were popular in the early 1900s. They were meant to symbolise “Eternal love that cannot be untied”.
    The ring is hallmarked with the Birmingham Assay office stamp, '18' (to denote 18 carat gold), and the date letter 'c', for 1902.

    The ring is in good antique condition. Light surface scratches, and minor abrasion to both the gold, and central diamond commensurate with age. Please see photographs for confirmation of condition.
