Ford ThunderbirdThere is allot to say about this car! One owner adult driven car, however I have become second owner just this year. Comes with full maintenance log book. I have a total investment of about 10k in vehicle within the past year. Lets not forget this car is 24 years old there are flaws but the overall condition is great! The previous owner took care in preventative maintenance both physical and mechanical. Not only was the vehicle undercoated for rust prevention but it was also injected threw the inner panels with rust prevention spray. I have original window sticker, a book of maintenance and replaced parts. Along with the car will be included some no longer easy to get parts that are spare in the event of a future issue examples would be sunroof motor, digital thermostat, window controls, mirrors... etc.. Every item currently functions properly on this vehicle, it is the most well equipped vehicle of its year. I am an enthusiast of this particular vehicle and can answer whatever questions i can you may have. Mechanically drives great and has had regular tune ups and replacement parts, however it is the original motor and there is to be expected wear as such on gaskets etc.. I purchased this car with the mindset of keeping it for many years and have put thousands of dollars into allot of parts as i did not expect to sell. However unfortunately it is a vehicle i can no longer keep and my loss is your gain. I have spent the last year putting much money and working hours into maintaining and preserving this vehicle and i will list just a few of the main components below. My seller rating on her is non existent and thats due to me not being a seller in general, however i am honest and upfront about everything i can about the vehicle and i currently have the title in hand and ready to sell. Its a used vehicle and i have faith in it lasting many years to come, and personally have more mechanical faith in this car then i would with a similiar with lower mileage. that being said it is a used car and is sold in as is condition!Here are what negatives i can point out that most would probably not mention at all* It has good pad and rotors but very slight vibration when braking very reasonable guess is rotors warped from minimal driving* Small drip of a fluid from an underneath gasket and when i wipe it clean it doesnt come back for awhile* Drivers door has very minimal rust at the inner underneath pinch weld that is easily fixedThere where not to many options in 97 but this is the sport model. It has every single available option and the most expensive Pearl Paint and it is also the last year this vehicle was made! there is no 98 99 etc.. it was redone in the 2000's retro. but this is the last year of its generation and some may say a collectible rare care especially in its condition.. As the years progress there are very few of these vehicles left in such good condition.. Thanks for your interest and time!
