2011 Custom Saddlery dressage saddle 17.5 Wolfgang Solo

2011 Custom Saddlery dressage saddle 17.5 Wolfgang Solo.  Not sure what was put on the seat before I purchased the saddle.  I rode in it for 6 months when the saddle fitter preferred my Icon Star for my new horse.   The leather looks fine just some of the seat is shiny. I didn't have any problem or notice it when riding.  Nothing notable changes when it is cleaned and conditioned.  I suspect  whatever was put on the seat to make it shiny is very slowly rubbing off.   A flap needs a few stiches, see pictures.  I just don't need it.  Cleaning out the tack room.   The tree is adjustable by a custom saddlery rep.
