    Amptek X-123 CdTe X-Ray & Gamma Ray Spectrometer Detector CdTe 3x3x1 with 4.0mil Be window. Item was surplus from R&D lab handheld XRF metal analyzer development project. The unit was factory refurbished by AmpTek and kept as a backup/spare, eval/performance report from amptek shown in photos. This sale does not include any software or integration support, I suggest you purchase only if you are familiar with this product line and/or looking for a model match replacement to an existing unit/integration. We also have several more of these that were in production at the facility and have not been evaluated/validated by the factory for fitness/functionality.
