I have for your consideration a Hand Painted with Gilt Top HAT PIN Holder.
Marked Bavaria.  I believe this was a blank that was decorated by an individual.  Painting is nice by not done by a
professional
.  Gilt top is in excellent condition.  Looks to have not been used.  You
normally
see imperfections caused by the sharp pints of the hat pins themselves.  Measures 4 5/8" tall x 2 3/4" at its widest.  A nice, clean example.
