    An antique yellow metal matchsafe / vesta case, with hinged lid and a beautifully hand painted enamel image to the lid, depicting a watercoloured lake scene with a gentleman fishing.
    An unusual, beautiful and immensely collectable vesta!
    CONDITION
    : All original and generally very good, some signs of wear and crazing to enamel surfaces. Some 'nibbling' to the enamel edges - see pictures. Wants a light clean perhaps.

    : Late 19th Century. Stamped Sterling.
