Usage Instruction:
1. First open the rubber plug of the exhaust nozzle and suction nozzle, then plug in the power plug, turn on the power switch of the vacuum pump, and then you can test the machine.
2. There is pressure in the air-conditioning system, the system pressure must be released first, and then use this product to pump or evacuate the air
3. Make sure that the product is started under no load, and then put into work (when starting with pressure, the product will automatically shut down under protection)
4. When pumping air into the air-conditioning system, (note: do not block the suction port of the pump) connect one end of the connecting hose to the air-conditioning system with a valve, and the other end to the exhaust port of the pump. When it is confirmed that there is no leakage, when the switch is pressed {I} position, the air pump is running, and the pressure of the system pressure gauge gradually rises. When the required pressure is reached, turn off the air pump
switch and close the system intake valve at the same time
5. When evacuating the air conditioning system, (note: do not block the air pump exhaust port) connect one end of the connecting hose to the air conditioning system with a valve, and the other end to the air pump suction port. When confirming that there is no leakage, press the switch to At position {I}, the pump is running, and the pressure of the system vacuum gauge gradually drops. When the required vacuum is reached, turn off the pump and close the suction valve of the system at the same time.
