"Barbie The Tale of Peter Rabbit " #19360 is a storybook Barbie "Collector Edition" doll that was manufactured in Indonesia for Mattel circa 1997 as the "First in a Collection of Keepsake Treasures."  Barbie appears UN-played with in her original packaging as both she, her hair, and her accessories still remain attached to their cardboard line.  Her box sustains wear, tear, and bending from age and storage.  Its plastic window is dinged and scuffed.  The tiny  dark speck on Barbie's chin may or may not be removable  Please be aware that Barbie's accessories may fall off their cardboard liner during shipping.  Barbie is UN-played with!
