    Description

    This awesome old sterling silver lizard or salamander pin is about 2" long and it is stamped "925"(sterling silver) underneath. The pin is beautifully formed with fine detail and you can see that it his stripes are encrusted with marcasite stones and his eyes are some other kind of tiny red-violet colored stones. The lizard pin has a slight patina of age but over all it is in excellent original condition. My best guess as to age is ca. 1960s-70s. Unusual and very pretty!
