Bose L1 Model 1 I Classic PS1 Power Stand Repair Service

Description

This is a repair service for the Bose L1 Model 1 or Classic or PS1 Power Stand (base unit).
After payment has been made, we will send you the address to ship your unit to in North Carolina.
We recommend you use FedEx Ground or UPS Ground service for shipping.  USPS is not as well equipped for handling large heavy packages and is usually much more expensive.
You can SAVE and the risk of shipping damage by bringing your unit to us!  That makes your repair cost ONLY 9.  Contact us if you are interested in local delivery and pickup.
You will ship your Bose L1 Model 1 or Classic or PS1 Power Stand to us for repair (at your own expense) and we will repair it and fully test it for proper operation.  We will then ship it back to you at no additional cost to you.  If your Bose L1 Model 1 or Classic or PS1 Power Stand is for some reason non-repairable, we will refund the price of this service less return shipping.
DO NOT ship us any speakers.  We have test speakers here in the shop.  Ship the Power Stand unit only.
We give a 30 day warranty on all repairs.  We have no affiliation with SquareTrade.  We also have no affiliation with the Bose Corporation Service Department and are not a Bose Authorized Service Center.
We have been in the electronics repair business for over 35 years and have repaired many of these units for churches, schools and musicians.  As Bose no longer supports this unit for factory repair, we have begun to stock all of the hard to get, original replacement components to repair these wonderful pieces of professional equipment.
These base units are what we call "road worthy" and can usually handle shipping pretty well, however, special attention in padding the corners and handle is important as shipping companies sometimes drop heavy items.  Please be sure that the unit DOES NOT SHIFT AROUND inside the box.  You also might want to take out extra insurance on your shipment and write "HEAVY" and "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box.  Some people like to give their baby a little more padding for shipping than others and we try to return ship with the same care in mind as the shipper.  We are however - NOT RESPOSIBLE FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE.
Turnaround time is usually one week and we will try to keep you informed as to the progress and return tracking info.
