    Description

    Ok you Butte, Montana, folks... maybe Dillon and Deer Lodge, too.... ever see one of THESE?  And in this good of shape?  My grandpa was the projectionist for the Fox Theater in Billings and kept a few items from pre-prohibition.  I just sold my Billings Beer 5-gallon oak keg and Billings Beer bottles.  This baby needed it's own listing.
    I have no idea what Butte is like these days.  But, back in the summer of 1981 on a Sunday morning the accelerator cable on my Mazda RX-3 disconnected in downtown Butte.  It was like I was the only person on an empty movie studio backlot.  The stoplights changed but no cars or people went by in the 10+ minutes it took me to figure out and fix my car.
    Every time I look at this bottle on my shelf it reminds me of the major powerhouse and city Butte represented and they drank THIS BEER!
