1st page (slightly see thru page) has water damage/crinkling in the upper right corner/half.
Next 4 pages have a slight dog ear in the upper right corners (pages 2-5). Also page 2 has a half inch tear/flaking on top right corner (front & back).
Last page
(slightly see thru page) has water damage/crinkling in the upper right corner/half.
Back cover has edge wear.
All other pages look to be good - AS IS. Noted all flaws we could find.
