Product description
6FT Internal Shock Absorbing Lanyard with Snap Hook Connector is designed for minimizing the consequences of a fall form a height, by mean of built in deceleration system.
The Internal Shock Absorbing Lanyard requires space for up to 6feet ( 1.8m ) of free fall with a maximum capacity up to 310lbs (141 kg) including clothing, tools, etc.
The snap hook must be connected to the dorsal D-ring of the full body harness. The opposite snap hook is to be connected to the anchorage connector.
Specification of Energy Absorbing Bag:
1. Overall static load: ≥ 16 KN
2. Accidental opening tension: > 2 KN
3. Impact after abosrption: < 6 KN
4. Extended length: 1.5 meters
5. Safety space: > 6 meters

If an energy absorbing lanyard is used in conjunction with a cross-arm anchorage connector, other anchorage extension, vertical lifeline, or horizontal lifeline, the additional length of the anchorage connector, or sag from the lifeline must be taken into consideration during the clearance calculation process.
Never attach the unused leg of the lanyard back to the Full Body Harness at any location other than an approved lanyard storage keeper.
