    Description
    Here is a really nice Victoreen 493 Geiger counter with a rare Victoreen speaker it takes a 220 exel battery that lasts a long time. Cord was replaced and it has an extra length on it so you can take off or leave it on and tape the probe to a stick when you are out prospecting or inspecting and save your back.   No it has not been calibrated I don't think it is off by much. You can see in the pictures it has no problem detecting my old WW2 aircraft gauge. I forgot to get a picture of the can, but It does not show any signs of battery leakage.
    2 D batteries not included. You get the exact one in the pictures.
