Signal output time constant: 10uS;
Current limiting resistor for Geiger-Muller tube: 10 MOhm;
5V output current without snubber circuit (Vcc>2V): 150mA MAX;
5V output current with snubber circuit  (Vcc>2.5V): 400mA MAX;
Snubber circuit increases total corrent consumption
and not recommended for low power devices
