The switches are marked: ARM/SAFE OFF (WITH LOCKOUT), STARTER, ON (LDG) /OFF (LT), GUNS DEPR/ELEV
No other markings on this piece.
Box is 3.75 x 2.25 x 1.9 inch deep.
Stick is approx 12 inches long.
The push button switch (starter/arm) is momentary
Switch on left (off/Safe with gruard) is release guard, push up, off, safe. Guard down forces back to safe.  LDGLT is just on/off, Guns switch is momentary up and momentary down center off.
I have no idea of what this was used with.
Looks to be in good contition, some scratches.
