This mounts to the Tailgate of the HMMWV vehicle with two brackets.
Installs in about 10 minutes with no permanent modifications to vehicle.
Holds up to 6  five gallon Scepter or other MFC water cans.
Includes one strap to secure the cans, you can get additional straps to secure
more gear on the outside if you like.
Includes Carrier, 2 brackets, 2 pins and strap.
Water cans not included.
