HMMWV Spare Tire Carrier Rhino Rico

Hmmwv spare tire carrier in used condition with some nos parts to make it complete.  Nos oem big bumper mount, nos oem wrench, some nos hardware, and one non oem small bumper mount.  New oem hardware to attach to the bumper is included (please see pic 12).  Local pickup or buyer arranged shipping.  I will gladly drop off at a local Fastenal or local YRC.  My zip code is 27546 and can go to Raleigh, NC for drop off.  The dimensions on the pallet are 48"Lx40"Wx21"H.  The weight is no more than 150 pounds.  Please see pics for condition and what is included.  U.S.A. buyers only.  Thank you.
