QCS (Quality Communication Solutions)
hurled itself into the content marketing business in 2009 after getting snagged in the downsizing web of a major corporation. The future of my family was at stake and sitting around sipping sour water from the “poor me” jug that was under the kitchen sink wasn’t going to cut it.
Like many people in 2009, the need to hop into my own time machine and review my qualities opened my mind to a new adventure where it was possible to use my two main strengths – communication skills and a passion for helping others.
The decision to explore opportunities of a friendlier web was optimal. After research confirmed that corporate and private sectors were beginning to drown as they tried to keep up with the demands of providing daily information for this new virtual world, a small spark ignited.
With a family that was less than ecstatic about the thought of ditching luxuries, QCS dipped its virtual toe into the web pond as a one-man operation. The details were foggy but the basic elements were clear – write original articles for those who didn’t have the time or expertise.
By January 2010, the one-man approach required immediate expansion and the QCS team was rolling forward. We started with a handful of clients who were connected to marketing companies and webmasters around the world. We don’t mind bragging, either, that all of them are still with us, too.
Present
Today, QCS provides well-researched original content for business in the U.K., India, China, Hong Kong, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, Russia and the U.S.
We have written articles about hair loss, the future of Greece’s economy, marketing techniques, fashion, healthcare and even vampires – just to name a few!

Steve graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Arkansas in 1981 with two (2) B.A. degrees (Communication and Political Science) cum laude. He went on to graduate school at the University of Virginia to study Government. He remains an All-But-Thesis (ABT) graduate of Mr. Jefferson’s university. Finally, he earned a Doctorate degree summa cum laude in Health Service Management from La Salle University in 1997.
