    These are made for the purpose of allowing doll or teddy bear joints move.  You would be making a 23-24 inch doll or bear.  They measure 65 mm in diameter and each set contains three sturdy plastic pieces.  There is the base piece with a stem
    , the circle with a hole, and the smaller circle with a hole to twist onto the stem.  There are
    ten sets in this lot - so 30 pieces
    .  These were quality manufactured in Taiwan specifically for doll crafters.  There are several online videos for how to use, including on YouTube.
