MARY WRIGHT GREEN DINNER PLATE POSSIBLE GLAZE TEST VERY RARE

Description

A very rare Mary Wright piece from the ill-fated Country Gardens line from Bauer Potteries of Atlanta planned for 1946. Since the line never went into production all pieces are rare and this plate seems to be an early glaze test marked "sprayed". The bottom mark is the incised Country Gardens & Mary Wright signature. The condition is excellent. No chips, cracks or stains. There are a couple of tiny glaze pops on the top. An great opportunity to add a special piece to your collection.
