Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This valve is in Fair cosmetic condition. There are scuffs/scratches outside including on the valve body. Inside there is a crusting of white contamination. We are not sure what that may be but you will want to clean this and probably service the seal (at least) before returning the valve to service.

We are not able to test this valve. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
