We only purchase Government Surplus.  All the items we sell are Government Surplus, not overruns or second market items.  It could be AF, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, National Guard.  We can't really be sure unless we get the originating transfer papers, which is sometimes in the boxes. We will tell you from where it came if we get it.
We also list articles like these as used, since they are surplus.  So items will be listed as USED, even tho they may be completely new and  unissued.  Some items which we have received appear to be off the shelve items and not government issue.  In those cases we will tell you, but all items are government surplus.
