    This listing is fo the Fluke 451-B RYR Survey Meter shown in the pictures. This unit is new and has never been used.
    Original Certificate, paperwork and CD Manual included.
    Paperwork has creases and the CD has some minor scratches due to handling.
    Survey Meter is in perfect unused condition and has only been turned on to test.
    Uses 2 9V batteries, Not included.
    If overnight FEDEX or UPS shipping is needed please let me know and I will quote.
