The answer is, it's collecting dust because it's just too small for me. 😭This saddle is comfortable, well constructed with high quality buffalo leather (nice and grippy), it helps keep the rider balanced and in a great position. When I got it I never expected it to be as comfortable as it is. It also receives its fair share of compliments when out in public. I wouldn't be getting rid of it if my legs were a couple of inches shorter, its' a great schooling saddle.
