New Military large tire cover, covers may have scuffs from military shipping/handling
covers are new in plastic, however due to military handling expect them to be dirty and where plastic wrapping has been torn there might be scuffs on cover
These are not a cheap cover, very heavy duty inside is a weave fabric for durability and waterproofing
The first picture is of the actual tire cover from the manufacturer a South Africa company contracted by the DOD Denel vehicle systems
Cover center is semi rigid this area is 26.5" diameter
Diameter of cover to tire curvature is 42" thus the largest size this cover will work on is a 42" tire
elastic rope with ends to tie to adjust to tire size, this is not a cheap elastic band, this is a thick heavy duty rope that runs the entire diameter of the cover.
