Canadian Municipal TokenAbout uncirculated. Lustre. Nickel-bonded-steel composition. Measures about 33 mm.
Obverse features Queen Victoria (based on a portrait that appears on the Albert Street bridge in Regina, Saskatchewan). Regina is the Latin word for Queen and Regina is known as The Queen City.
Reverse commemorates 100th anniversary of curling in Regina, the ancient Scottish sport of skill & strategy was brought to Regina in 1890.
