The Swagelok Nupro SS-4 BMG is the highest quality valve you can use in an application like this. Operation is very smooth, no binding so the bellows is good.
Typically this set up has the flow rate set by the metering valve then the shut off valve is operated between background and sample measurements. It's much more flexible than a fixed orifice, especially if you are sampling from various pressures.
The Conflat knife edges are in excellent condition.
Fully functional but needs to be stripped down and cleaned prior to use.
This is a perfect small lab or university project to save some serious $$'s. Some RGA companies charge well over ,500 for a similar set up.
