There is a raindrop glaze on this piece. There are a few places where the glaze does not cover the clay, all on the lid part of this two piece set. One place I thought may be a small chip or abrasion but it is where the glaze did not quite cover as you can tell by the rounded edges of the glaze. The places with the glaze misses are on the edges of the lid and on the inside of the lid. See the photos. This piece came from my mom's extensive Russel Wright kitchen collection. She particularly collected this specific style of glaze that she called the raindrop glaze. The color is a yellow with a green hue to it.  No chips or cracks, I don't see utensil scratching to the inside. There may be a few on the exterior due to storage next to other dishes.
