This listing is for a brand new Thomas articulated oilfree piston compressor minor service kit for the 1st Stage Pump.  NOTE this pump requires 2 different service kits to perform a rebuild.  1st stage side and the 2nd stage side.  We have both kits available.  This is for the 1st stage C87869-P part #.
Thomas Major Service Kit. Kit includes C85485-P valve assembly service kit, C87053-P Teflon .804" stroke piston & rod assembly kit, C87860-P ring service kit. Kit is compatible with standard Thomas models TA-6052, GH-605B, GH-617B, GH-5VB, and first stage of TA-6172 & GH-617B models.
There are 2 Service Kits required to do a complete rebuild on the TA-6172:
1st Stage ..... p/n C87869-P (Kit containing C85485-P valve assy service kit, C87053-P Teflon .804" stroke piston & rod assy kit, C87860-P ring service kit)
2nd Stage ..... p/n C85478-P (Kit containing second stage C85487-P ring service kit, C85488-P valve assy kit, S70900-P .804 piston and rod assy)
