    For (1) Tough-1 Black Elastic Blanket Surcingle
    Keeps coolers in place, 2" wide heavy duty elastic surcingle closure (2 1/2" buckle).  Temporary fix for blankets or sheets when surcingle straps become damaged.  Not meant for permanent use on blankets/sheets.  One size fits most.
