Description

Vacuum rotary feedthrough. Condition is "Used" and is in good working condition. Couples to standard 2-3/4” 6 bolt Varian flange. A robust feed through with magnetic coupling to internal rotary shaft provides good torque yet compatible with UHV. The outer rotating coupler has a groove to allow a belt drive from a motor and a thumb wheel that can arrest motion. Shipped FedEx.
