This Cryopump chamber utilizes the APD Cryogenics Cryopump, model Displex DE-202- O.S.P and is held in a large volume chamber with water heating sleeve and 2.75" Conflat pump out flange. The large built-in gate makes it easy to purge the cryopump after pump-out.
This Cryopump chamber
weighs over 200 LBS
and will need to be shipped via freight carrier. I can facilitate shipping to the lower 48 states, strapped to a pallet with padding protection and insurance for a flat fee of 0.
