Vintage Champion Military Metal Box / Case  with Pressure Equalizer 1960.
On the side is a tag that says "Desiccated Do Not Open Until Ready For Use Or Inspection".
It also has a dial that says 20/ 30 / 40.
On the side the sticker says "Federal Stock Number A 8140-789-2989  Drawing Number 2210448-1  Contract Number  NOw60-0774(FBM)  MFR Date Nov 60  Insp  The Champion Company Springfield Ohio"
I think this is military since it has a "Federal Stock Number" on it.
Measurements:    The approximate measurements are 4.5" x 5.5" x 6.5".
Condition: This is in good condition.  There are scratches and scuffs on the outside, plus a small dent or two.  The closures are very heavy duty and work well. There is some adhesive residue on the inside.
