For your consideration is this Wow Westmoreland Celeste Blue Opalescent Carnival Glass Scales Bowl.
RARE!!! I have never seen one like this, the base is clear celeste blue and the tips have opal on them. I have another blue opal bowl listed and I have included a pick of both bases so you can see the
difference
. This was bought out of a huge collection of Westmoreland Glass. This is one of the more interesting patterns that Westmoreland Glass produced, they only produced a small amount of Carnival Glass. It has good color and I like the pattern. The bowl is not signed. It is in good condition with no cracks or chips, see photos. It measures 8 5/8 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches tall. See photos.
