A speaker system developed as an effect speaker to be used in combination with the NS-V1000YST and NS-C1000.
The 12cm cone type Woofer is carried in the low-pass.
The curved type of NS-C1000 and a white seat cone is adopted as a diaphragm. This sheet cone has less unevenness in the density and thickness of the cone paper and is extremely lightweight, enabling powerful mid-low range reproduction.
Moreover, the alnico magnet is adopted as a magnetic circuit as well as NS-C1000.
The 3cm dome shape tweeter which vapor-deposited beryllium is vapor-deposited based on titanium is carried in the high region.
By reducing the weight and increasing the rigidity, unnecessary vibration in the high frequency range is eliminated from the audible band, and high frequency reproduction extending up to 30kHz is realized.
Alnico is also used in the magnetic circuit of this unit.
Uses a magnetic shield design.
The same material as NS-C1000 is adopted as an enclosure, and the unit and the enclosure of the same material are trying to unify the tone. Moreover, the shape has suppressed the generation of the internal standing wave by making the front baffle surface a slant type.
In addition, the slant shape makes it easy to set for the listener when installing on the wall.
Not only Yamaha products, but also commercially available general-purpose speaker holders are equipped with mounting parts.
