You are a Classmaster II.  This powers on and you can see the needle move when set to volts and then dialing the knob.  However, this is as far as I can test it.  With this in mind, it is sold "as is."  Comes with manual and the pictured extras.  This comes as pictured.

Cash is preferred if you are picking up in person.  Please pay within three days of auction ending.

Whenever I offer FREE SHIPPING, it applies only to lower 48
